The hotel is good, although the rooms are a bit worn out. While it is a bit away from the city centre, you do not have issues with parking if you have a car.

I am sorry to give such a low review for this hotel, as it is a nice-looking hotel with fine service. However, the main issue this hotel has is carpet bugs. The room I was in had an infestation and upon letting the reception know we were transfered to another room, and as far as I know only the sheets were changed in the old room. No exterminators were called. It's very alarming that even the other room probably HAD carpet bugs as there were holes on the floor carpets. If you are sleeping here, please check all closets and beds before placing your clothes or resting.

It was a nice stay, pleasant and calm I think they should have cleaned the room properly, there were torn carpets. But overall, good stay. The location is great also.

Great staff members; they were very generous and concerned. The location is also perfect. On the other hand, the rooms were not good enough. It was smoked in the past. The signs of smoking were clear. So the rooms were notably smelly and dirty. The sheet was stained a lot, and it was pretty visible. However, it might be considered normal, given it is a three-star hotel. The hotel rates are reasonable. In terms of value-price, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms were well set out and very clean.The staff so very helpful. The Breakfast was one of the best we have had in the whole of Turkey. Havng stayed in neumeruos hotels ( in the past 31years of travel ) in Turkey. This is a little gem. …

I highly recommend it to visitors of Eskişehir.The price is unbelievable comparing its services.The staff is so kind, rooms are so clean and spacious.You can find everything in it: water, tea, coffee.To sum up, it is worth visiting :)

I loved it, the staff very helpful and nice specially *Ridvan* who speaks English, rooms wide and comfortable considering 140 tl per night it deserves 5 stars .
